Welcome to Local Mart. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or search services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

2. Nature of Platform (Hamara Model)

Local Mart ek local marketplace directory hai. Ham yahan koi bhi product khud sell (bechte) nahi karte hain.

Is platform par alag-alag vendors aur unki dukaane (stores) listed hain. Hamara kaam sirf un vendors ke products ko customers ko dikhana (show karna) hai. Customer platform par product dekh kar dukan ki navigation aur location le sakta hai ya vendor se direct contact kar sakta hai. Kisi bhi product ki quality, real price, availability, delivery ya kisi bhi tarah ke dispute ke liye ham zimmedar nahi hain.

3. Paid Listing & Automatic Block Policy

Vendors ko platform par apni dukan aur products list karne ke liye ek fixed **Monthly Subscription Plan (Listing Fee)** pay karni hoti hai:

• Paid Listing System: Custom vendor apna taye shuda monthly plan pay karke hi apne products aur dukan ko marketplace search engine me active aur list kar sakta hai.
• Plan Expiry Rule: Jaise hi vendor ka monthly plan expire ho jayega, use agle mahine ke liye fir se pay (renew) karna hoga.
• Automatic Takedown: Agar koi vendor apna plan timely renew ya pay nahi karega, toh **uske products ki listing website aur search results par show hona turant band ho jayegi**. Plan dobara successfully pay hone ke baad hi products wapas live kiye jayenge.

4. Payment Processing Policy

Vendors apna monthly listing plan activate karne ke liye online ya manual payment method use kar sakte hain:

• Online Gateway (Razorpay): Instant automatic validation aur verification callbacks.
• Manual QR/UPI Uploads: Isme vendor ko sahi 12-digit UTR transaction number aur payment screenshot upload karna hoga. Kisi bhi tarah ke galat transaction details dene par vendor ka account permanently block kar diya jayega.

5. Listing Restrictions

Vendors apne products ki details (price, image, description, stock) sahi rakhne ke liye khud zimmedar hain. Kisi bhi tarah ke illegal, prohibited, fake ya misleading products list karne par bina kisi warning ke shop delete kar di jayegi.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Local Mart, its owners, or developers be liable for any direct or indirect business loss, product pricing mismatch, or revenue loss due to technical maintenance or plan expiration blockages.

7. Policy Adjustments

Hamare paas bina kisi prior notice ke in terms me badlaav karne ka poora adhikaar hai. Website ya vendor panel use karte rehna aapki is policy par sehmati ko darshata hai.
